This is a superb looking high quality panzer officers peaked cap which is in near mint condition. Finest quality field gray top with dark green centre band with pink piping for panzer troops. Complete with silver metal eagle, cockade and silver bullion cap cords which are held in place with two silver buttons, single markneukirchen. This hat would make a unique matching set with the panzer NCO hat also on my site, it does not feature a makers name but it does have the same trade mark so obviously they are by the same maker.
A beautiful looking hat, probably the finest panzer example that I have owned. Near mint. A difficult to find set of straps to complete a Land customs dagger, silver bullion straps with double green strips, the reverse side is backed in fine quality bright green velvet. Complete with metal fittings, the buckles are the special customs pattern which are different to army buckles. This is a really nice knot that would enhance any fire service bayonet. Silver bullion knot in just about mint condition, correct for the army or single markneukirchen dagger and also a few other models. All early nickel silver fittings, the pommel and crossguard are inset with early brass swastika disks. The blue leather grip is in fine condition. The underside of the crossguard is unit stamped, single markneukirchen, FL. The blade is in excellent condition and it is by SMF Solingen and it is stamped with a waffen amp mark, single markneukirchen.
The scabbard is also in fine condition with all blue leather still remaining, single markneukirchen, the fittings are matching nickel silver and the upper mount is stampedand then the reverse side just below the moon hanger is marked, FL. Complete with blue moon hanger and blue leather tear drop hanger which is fitted with a belt loop, single markneukirchen. A superb complete set, these early swords are now difficult to find and are very rare with matching issue stamps.

The long scabbard was originally green shagreen but this is very worn now and it is complete with five brass mounts which are decorated with similar designs as the hilt.
Circa A very long dagger or possibly single markneukirchen sword measuring approcamatly 23 inches or single markneukirchen long. The black celluloid grip plates are in perfect single markneukirchen, the obverse side is inset with the enamel HJ swastika diamond which is in mint condition. The silver plated hilt is in fine condition with just slight wear to single markneukirchen hilt from the rubbing of the grip strap over many years.
This model is from the Eickhorn Fieldmarshall series of swords and this being the Wrangel model. The brass hilt still retains much original gilt finish with large and very impressive open wing eagle and swastika crossguard design. The black celluloid grip is in excellent condition with just a very small crack just under the doves head.
The scabbard retains much original black paint but is shows a fair bit of wear and age but single markneukirchen damage. This is a long and impressive army officers sword measuring approcamatly 42 inches or cm and so the original owner must have been rather tall.
